Appeal against an authority decision (draft)
Kela, the tax administration, the police, a municipality or an insurance company has made a decision you can appeal to the same authority (claim for rectification) or take to the Administrative Court. Send the decision and your own stand: you get a complete appeal in legal form, with the claims, the grounds and the list of enclosures. You sign and file it yourself.

Frequently asked questions
Is the service safe?
Yes. Documents and personal data are treated confidentially, they are used for your matter only, and they are deleted 7 days after the final delivery (the payment and the handing over of the document). You can also ask for your data to be deleted earlier by email.
Can I appeal a Migri decision?
Yes. Which road is the right one depends on the decision: a claim for rectification, an appeal to the Administrative Court, or a new application. The service asks for the details of the decision and shows what must be done and by when.
Who writes the document - the AI or the lawyer?
Both are possible: the Legal-AI is a highly trained legal database drafts the document. However, a lawyer can review it on additional charges, or the lawyer prepares the whole document. You choose in the service.
What does the free eligibility check tell me?
When you fulfil the requirements of a permanent residence permit (P) or of Finnish citizenship, and which papers the application will need. The check does not commit you to anything.
